Telehealth Growth is not a healthcare provider. We provide the technology platform to connect you with independent healthcare providers. The content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services are not a replacement for your primary care physician.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during your medical consultation and throughout your use of the platform. You understand that the prescribing provider relies on this information to make clinical decisions.

5. Prescriptions and Pharmacies

Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the licensed medical provider based on their clinical judgment. Fulfillment is provided by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be written.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

By enrolling in a membership or subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Telehealth Growth and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any treatments obtained through independent providers on the platform.
